Enjoy the Phantom experience in home and if you are not completely satisfied, return the Product for a full refund within the first forty-five (45) days following :
- The date of purchase in store ;
- Receipt of Product in case of order. Phantom Risk Free Trial applies to any Phantom®, Silver Phantom®, Gold Phantom® or Dialog® (the « Product ») purchased between September 18th, 2015 and January 31th, 2017.
How to take advantage of the 45 Day Risk-Free Trial?
- Register on https://store.devialet.com
- Purchase one or more Phantom®, Silver Phantom®, Gold Phantom® or Dialog® Product(s)* from our online store, at one of our Devialet stores or from one of our participating Devialet Authorized Retailers.
- Are you not satisfied with our Products? If you purchased your Product(s) from our online store or at one of our Devialet stores, contact us within the forty-five (45) risk-free trial period and we will arrange the return of that Product.
- If you purchased your Product from one of our participating Devialet Authorized Retailers, simply return your Product(s) to the original place of purchase within the forty-five (45) day trial period for a full refund.
- Once the Product(s) has been received and evaluated by our teams or by our Authorized Retailer, provided that the Product(s) complies with the 45 Day RiskFree Trial requirements mentioned below, a full refund will be processed to you within thirty (30) days.
the Product and its packaging must be returned in their original state. Devialet and its Authorized Retailer(s) reserve the right to refuse or reduce reimbursement in case of non compliance with the aforementioned requirements. * The trial period of forty-five (45) days only applies to a single Product from the time of purchase. In case of multiple purchases of Phantom®, Silver Phantom®, Gold Phantom® or Dialog®, each product trial is based on the original purchase date.
